These are staples that are aways re-filled quickly when the slightest indication that they might be heading close the recycling bin. Used in a bunch of different ways they are extremely versatile and good to have on hand.



  • Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Balsamic Vinegar ( minimum age I would recommend is 10 years)
  • White Distilled Vinegar
  • Rice Wine Vinegar
  • Dijon Mustard ( go for no grain)
  • Yellow Miso Paste
  • Curry Paste ( Thai red/green or Indian yellow)
  • Fish Sauce
  • Liquid Aminos ( great alternative to soy sauce)
  • Cornichon’s and Pickle’s
  • Nutritional Yeast
  • Strawberry, Orange or Mixed Berry Jam ( FODMAP avoid blackberry)
  • Almond Butter
  • Rose Water


  • Organic Canned Coconut Milk (great for baking and for any Asian recipes your brave enough to try) 
  • Organic Sweet Potato Puree
  • Organic Pumpkin Puree ( for the fall and winter, this hits all your cravings for that pumpkin flavor) 
  • Organic Tomato Sauce and Paste (recommend that the sauce here is in two forms, one in a whole peeled tomato and the other diced- avoid added spices like basil, garlic, and onion) 
  • Seafood Stock ( for soups or homemade pasta sauces) 
  • Organic Chicken & Vegetable Stock (particular to brand Better than Boullion as you can adjust the amount of stock you want to use and it doesn’t take up a ton of shelf space, you need that for spices)
  • Corn Starch (sometimes things just need a bit of help to become thicker) 
  • Organic Rice or Corn Crackers 
  • Unsweetened Toasted Coconut Flakes (amazing to add into homemade granola, porridge, or top your morning yogurt) 
  • Hot Sauce (always a must, if your stomach can tolerate it) 
  • Seaweed (dry sheets to snack on, or Organic Nori to throw into a quick Miso soup) 
  • Organic Dark Chocolate (both sweetened incase you get a sweet craving and unsweetened to bake with, make sure you splurge here, theres nothing worse than cheap chocolate!!) 
  • Organic Coffee and Loose Leaf Teas (those of you on FODMAP, make sure the loose leave teas don’t have added fruits that you cant have such as all stone fruit, apples or pears)
